The same condition is in the PUBG mobile. The PUBG Corporation is the company of South Korea all PC and PS versions of PUBG are made by that company. Just PUBG Mobile and LITE are the two versions which are made with the Chinese company Tencent.
Now PUBG Corporation has made the decision to no longer authorize the PUBG Mobile franchise to Tencent games in India. And PUBG Corporation will take all responsibility for Mobile versions of PUBG.
The conclusion is that of PUBG game is a South Korean game so it will not ban in India and PUBG Corporation will make their own Mobile version and any Chinese company will not be involved in it.
