Step 1
Go to the message and type a message " SWON INTL 'last 4 digits of your debit card number' "
like shown below in the image :
Step 2
Now send that message to this no. " 092239-66666 ".
After sometimes you will get a message that you successfully enabled the international transaction option. like shown below in the image:
